        Blue/ black polka dot scrunch bottom

        The material was a match for her top and thong bottom. The problem was I asked to add an inch in the crotch in a large like the prior thong. When I received the bottom it was huge! It looked like an extra large on steroids. I packed it up and sent it back asking for a standard large scrunch bottom. I have not heard a word back in 4 weeks. I recently left a phone message to them but again have no response from them.

        I have been buying suits from Bitsy for two years and they have been very accommodating and responsive. This issue is quite out of their typical so I hope this gets resolved soon.
