“I’d love to leave a positive review, but 24 days after the shipping date, I still haven’t received my order. There have been no replies or communication from Bitsys, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I received an email three weeks after placing my order, informing me that one of the five bikinis I ordered was out of stock, without any earlier option to choose a replacement. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. I’m hoping the bikinis arrive before the end of summer, but at this point, I’m hesitant to order again. I have more items in my cart, but I’m leaning towards ‘The Bikini.com’ instead. While they might be more expensive, their after-sales service, communication, and shipping times are much better.”
